French Revolution Thinglink Products

This has been a great exercise for me and the students. Many students have commented that this is a cool tool and researching this way wasn't too bad. A few preferred the traditional "Word doc" format and/or do not want to research period. Overall, I have been pleased by the student responses and their effort at learning new technologies to facilitate their collaboration and publishing their research. As the teacher, I have learned that students need more practice with researching skills, paraphrasing their research, how to format a citation, how to edit a primary source, and more practice with linking facts to significance. We will work on these items the remainder of the semester to prepare students to write their own individual paper second semester.
